Het depot was daar zo tevreden over, dat zij onze afdeling opnieuw de mogelijkheid biedt om met Romeins aardewerk aan de slag te gaan. Hierdoor kunnen opnieuw leden kennis opdoen over het gedraaide Romeinse aardewerk. Startkennis&nbsp;is niet nodig, want al werkend wordt de kennis bijgebracht en vergroot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het gaat deze keer om aardewerk uit het castellum Fectio bij Bunnik en de daarbij gelegen vicus. Alleen de grotere, duidelijk herkenbare&nbsp;aardewerkscherven zijn verzameld bij de verbreding van de A12. Het aardewerk is niet eerder uitgewerkt en beschreven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het project zal opnieuw begeleid worden door Henk Rebel.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De projectgroep werkt in een aparte kamer in het depot. Het depot is te bereiken met de auto, fiets, bus en trein (station Zuilen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er zal gewerkt worden in groepjes van 4 tot 6 personen op donderdagen en vrijdagen: een morgengroep van 10-13 uur en een middaggroep van 13-16 uur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De bedoeling is dat elk groepje eens in de twee weken aan de slag gaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nieuwe projectgroep start in september.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wil je meedoen aan dit project?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meld je dan aan en vermeldt op welke dag je beschikbaar bent en wat je voorkeur heeft: de morgen- of middaggroep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om voldoende kennis op te doen en te vergroten is het wel nodig dat je voor een langere periode&nbsp;mee gaat doen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De aanmelding voor deze mooie nieuwe activiteit\u00a0is\u00a0vanaf nu mogelijk via dit <a href=\"mailto:awnutrecht@yahoo.com\">mailadres.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vorig jaar rondde een AWN-projectgroep een uitgebreid onderzoek naar Romeins aardewerk af in het Provinciaal Depot in Utrecht.
